Night Sky
So I am going to show you how to make this image.
First you need to make a new image. Make sure you have the default colors selected. Grab the gradient tool. Make the gradient something like this:

Make sure you have the Radial Gradient selected and drag it across the image.
Make a new layer and go to Filter->Render->Clouds. Put the layer mode to Soft Light. It should now look this:

Make a new layer. Download these brushes.
Add some star dust around the image and set the mode to overlay.
Grab a moon and place it in the upper corner of your image. Duplicate it. With the original moon layer go to Filter->Blur-> Gaussian Blur. Set it to around
15-20 depending on what you like best. So far this is the image I have:

Now the base of your night sky is finished. Now you can add some text, or add some other planets/stars to make it to your liking.
